((Abstract : The Marquise Marianna Panciatichi Ximenes d’Aragona Paulucci (Florence, February 3, 1835 - Reggello, December 7, 1919), a naturalist of the second half of the nineteenth century, is principally known for her scientific publications, in particular for those on malacology. For the centennial of her death, a project has started for the creation of the type catalogue of the molluscs she described. The catalogue will be divided into four parts; in this contribution, the 41 taxa included in her first two works (Paulucci, 1866, 1878a) are given, in which new species and genera were described.
